A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination must be conducted by a licensed "medical examiner" listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Registry and Dr. Murray is a licensed "medical examiner."

The Cost of a DOT Physical is $110, either cash, check or credit card.
Insurance reimbursement or assignment is not accepted for a DOT exam.
