We have multiple prescription weight management programs availiable.
Together you and our provider will determine the weight management programs that best meets yours needs.
Each program includes:
A no-cost initial assessment
Six visits, of one office visit per week, with a healthcare provider who is trained in weight loss and weight management
Body assessments
Depending on the program, prescription medication may be included or may have to be purchase at a local or mail order pharmacy
Weekly vitamin B6/B12 injections
Guidance and support for weight loss throughout your 6-week program
The program does not include lab work which may be necessary, complete blood count, thyroid, vitamin B12, etc. Recent labs from elsewhere may be used. This will be discussed during your first appointment.
